TECH ENTREPRENEUR, FOUNDER, AND CEO OF HUMANTEK AND STUDY CLUSTER

Ateeb Hilal is a talented entrepreneur, founder, and CEO of HumanTek, an IT company, and Study Cluster, The Teachers and Tutors Academy.

Ateeb started his entrepreneurial journey three years ago and is only moving forward in the IT sector and digital world. He managed to take his one-person company, which began with him in his room, to one that now boosts 90+ employees and could accommodate around 250+ employees. The company, HumanTek, is not only registered in Karachi, Pakistan, but also in Liverpool, United Kingdom, and Florida, United States. International clients have increased Ateeb’s customer base.

He gained experience in the business world by offering tutoring in the past, which inspired him to start Study Cluster, an organization that facilitates students’ home and online tuition to improve Pakistan’s future. His organization’s 5000 registered tutors have helped almost 20,000 students by tutoring them in more than 80 subjects.

Early in 2022, Ateeb introduced the concept of “Earn Port,” an idea that had never been seen in Pakistan that enabled Inter students and recent Graduates to work during flexible hours, 24 hours a day. This concept is for students who are managing multiple jobs or who are working and studying at the same time.

Ateeb Hilal’s Story

At the age of 15, he made his first earning of Rs. 3000, which he received by teaching a class 4th student. That’s where it all started, his ambition to work, support his dreams, and help others by employing them.

Ateeb, afterwards, became aware of the rising unemployment rate in Pakistan. He came across other senior graduates who were out of work, under financial stress, and disappointed due to the lack of job opportunities, so he decided to create an organization that would help young graduates earn and learn early in their careers.

Study Cluster

The Study Cluster Academy came into being in July 2020. Ateeb’s goal was to improve the country’s economic cycle, and he got one step closer to that goal by establishing the Study Cluster. Ateeb is a true entrepreneur—he says no to unemployment. He realized by the end of 2020 that he felt a void in his life, although was a successful tutor and earned around Rs. 2 lacs per month, he wished to accomplish more in his life and do more for others.

HumanTek

When Ateeb developed an interest in technology, he made a dedicated workspace in his house and stepped forward into the digital world. Every entrepreneur needs to play the role of a salesperson, and Ateeb did too. He made his first online sale of $80 for creating a logo, which converted into PKR roughly equaled Rs 12,880 at the time. When you start a business, it is necessary to have a clear vision of where you want to go and how far you can reach with your business, and he knew exactly where he was headed. Ateeb founded HumanTek in 2020, which grew from a startup to a successful IT firm in Pakistan. Ateeb has always been an analytical thinker and believes that IT is an excellent career for problem solvers and dreamers and that when they team up together, magic happens. Every day, Ateeb strives to take his company to new heights. He appreciates and values young talent, their energy, and time. He loves inspiring and instilling hope in others. His approach to inspiring others is one-of-a-kind. To inspire others, Ateeb does not demonstrate his abilities but rather those of others.

Secret to Success

Ateeb’s spirituality fuels his inspiration and mental fortitude to do better for others. He is a genuine spiritual entrepreneur, running a business that is not merely about making a profit but seeks to improve human life and society. His love for the Almighty made him take the initiative of providing scripture interpretation of the Noble Quran to employees by intellectual scholars during office hours in his company. He aims to provide an overall understanding of Islam and its implementation in daily life through the Quran.

His good intentions are the reason for his success. He says that if a person in business solely thinks about himself, he will fail. He advises entrepreneurs to consider how much their business will benefit humanity. The ultimate objective should be the prosperity of people; a corporation should try to help as many people as possible, create job opportunities, and charge customers fairly.
